They have designated several redevelopment and <br />economic development areas ~-ithin the city and have undertaken a number of <br />projects to bring about redevelopment and/or economic development. One such <br />project is the redevelopment of the former Studebaker and adjacent properties and <br />the development of Ignition Park. <br />Identify the site for which the loan has been requested. It was <br />purchased on March 7, 2002. It is zoned industrial and contains approximately <br />31.67 acres. The property was used by the Studebaker Motor Company as a <br />stamping plant. After Studebaker closed in 1963 the property was operated as a <br />stamping plant by Allied Products and subsequent firms. <br />Describe your plans for redeveloping the site.
