to the adoption of a resolution by the Board of Commissioners of St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana, substantially identical in its terms and conditions as this resolution. <br />2. That upon receipt of fully executed quitclaim deed(s) to the Real Property <br />from the County, the Clerk of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause the recording of said quitclaim deed(s) in the Office of <br />the St. Joseph County Recorder. <br />3. For and in consideration of such t1•ansfers, the City shall pay to the County, St. <br />Joseph County Auditor, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) per parcel. The City shall assume <br />all recording costs and any transfer fees. <br />4.
