COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />CKS <br />Mr. Inks noted that the Commission received one <br />OMMUNICATION FROM ATHY HUPE <br />communication from Kathy Shupe. She complimented <br />the Commission on its planting of trees on vacant lots in <br />the downtown being held for development. She thought <br />that was a great idea. <br /> <br /> <br />5.
