All interior streets and driveways shown shall remain private and all maintenance shall be done by a created Home Owners Association. All interior streets, drives and driveways shall be paved with a durable, hard dust-free surface; 2. Exterior maintenance on all shown dwelling units shall be provided by a created Home Owners Association; 3.
