All interior streets and driveways shown shall remain private and all maintenance <br />shall be done by a created Home Owners Association. All interior streets, drives <br />and driveways shall be paved with a durable, hard dust-free surface; <br />2. Exterior maintenance on all shown dwelling units shall be provided by a created <br />Home Owners Association; <br />3. All dwelling units (buildings) shall have a maximum limited height above grade <br />of three stories or 48 feet; <br />4. Maintenance on all landscape/open spaces areas within the shown project site <br />shall be done by a created Home Owners Association; <br />5. All dwelling units shall be connected to municipal sanitary sewer and waterlines <br />extended to the site at the developers expense. All main sanitary sewer and water <br />lines located in easements within the project site are dedicated public lines. <br />6. .411 surface drainage created by this project shall be retained on-site.
