JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE OF <br />INDIANA: <br />THAT PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 37 NORTH, RANGE 2 <br />EAST, PORTAGE TOWNSHIP, CITY OF SOUTH BEND, ST.
