If the Drivers’ Club does not wish <br />to use it under the Commission’s terms, that <br />is up to the Drivers’ Club. <br /> <br />CTU <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />OMMISSION APPROVED THE EMPORARY SE <br />AS <br />GREEMENT FOR THE TUDEBAKER <br />Ms. King and unanimously carried, the <br />EBM7,2010 <br />NGINEERING UILDING ON AY WITH <br />Commission approved the Temporary Use <br />ITS STANDARD LIABILITY INSURANCE <br />Agreement for the Studebaker Engineering <br /> <br />REQUIREMENT <br />Building on May 7, 2010, with its standard <br />liability insurance requirement. <br /> <br /> <br />(3) Voluntary Remediation Program <br />Withdrawal (Studebaker Area B Soils) <br /> <br />Ms. Kolata explained that she is asking the <br />Commission’s approval to submit a letter to <br />the Indiana Department of Environmental <br />Management withdrawing Studebaker <br />Area B from the Voluntary Remediation <br />Program. On June 20, 2003 the <br />Redevelopment Commission authorized <br />submission of an Application to the Indiana <br />Voluntary Remediation Program for soils in <br />Studebaker Area B, located north of Sample <br />Street and south of the railroad tracks. This <br />application was accepted by IDEM on <br />October 8, 2003 and assigned VRP <br />#6030903. We were informed at that time <br />that a Voluntary Remediation Agreement <br />would be submitted to us for signature. Prior <br />to getting that Agreement we had several <br />conversations with IDEM concerning the <br />Studebaker/Oliver Project and our VRP <br />applications for all of the areas.
