Eclipse Place, <br />South Bend, Indiana 46628: <br />Dear Council A~embers: <br />Our clients are requesting the approval of a Rezoning <br />Petition for the property located at 521 Eclipse Place, <br />South Bend, Indiana. This requested Rezoning would allow <br />far the re-locata~on of the City's Animal Shelter facility <br />presently located on South Olive Street. This rezoning will <br />allow for a larger and modern Animal Shelter facility, <br />which will be operated by the City of South Bend.
