Airport Economic Development Area <br /> <br />(3) continued… <br /> <br />decided that rather than having a new <br />Agreement for Area B, IDEM would amend <br />the Agreement then in place for Oliver Area <br />C by adding Area A Soils, Area B Soils and <br />Groundwater for Areas A, B and C. This <br />Amendment was approved by the <br />Commission on February 18, 2005 and by <br />IDEM on March 17, 2005. <br /> <br />Since Area B Soils was admitted to the VRP <br />program the Commission has not undertaken <br />activities in the area. Instead the <br />Commission has focused on Oliver Area C <br />and Studebaker Area A. Last week staff met <br />with IDEM concerning the progress of our <br />VRP projects and agreed that since the <br />Commission does not own any property <br />within Area B and has not yet identified <br />environmental conditions that need <br />remediation (if any), this area should be <br />withdrawn from the program until a later <br />date. Staff will continue to work with IDEM <br />towards successful completion of our three <br />other VRP projects. <br /> <br />CV <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by <br />OMMISSION AUTHORIZED THE OLUNTARY <br />RPW <br />EMEDIATION ROGRAM ITHDRAWAL <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />(SABS) <br />TUDEBAKER REA OILS <br />Commission authorized the Voluntary <br />Remediation Program Withdrawal <br />(Studebaker Area B Soils) <br /> <br /> <br />(4) Administrative Settlement for acquisition <br />of 531 W.
