South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting –April 9, 2010 <br /> <br />on Resolution No. 2663; a copy of the Notice <br />of Hearing; a copy of Resolution No. 2663, <br />the subject of the public hearing; an affidavit <br />from Carol Smith, Advertising Director of <br />the South Bend Tribune, that the Notice of <br />Hearing was published in that newspaper on <br />March 26, 2010; an affidavit from Richard <br />Andrysiak, Classified Manager of the Tri- <br />County News, that the Notice of Hearing was <br />published in that newspaper on March 26, <br />2010. <br /> <br />Ms. Leonard noted that Resolution No. 2663 <br />will appropriate an additional $399,000 to <br />make a payment on the Century Center <br />bonds. The city will receive funds from the <br />Hotel-Motel Tax Board to make that <br />payment. The city is just a pass-through, but <br />does need to appropriate the funds if they go <br />through its books. <br /> <br />PHRN.2663 <br />Ms. Jones opened the public hearing on <br />UBLIC EARING ON ESOLUTION O <br />Resolution No. 2663 for anyone who wished <br />to speak. There was no one who wished to <br />speak at this time.
