Talboom Deputy City Clerk <br /> Mary Beth Wisniewski Chief Deputy <br /> <br /> <br />REPORT FROM THE SUB-COMMITTEE ON MINUTES <br /> <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: The sub-committee has inspected <br />the minutes of the March 22, 2010 meeting of the Council and found them to be correct. <br /> <br />Therefore, we recommend the same be approved. <br /> <br /> s/Derek D. Dieter <br /> s/David Varner <br /> <br />Councilmember White made a motion that the minutes of the March 22, 2010 meeting of <br />the Council be accepted and placed on file. Councilmember Rouse seconded the motion <br />which carried by a voice vote of eight (8) ayes. <br /> <br />SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Vice-President Oliver Davis acknowledged and welcomed the Journalism Class from <br />Indiana University South Bend. <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4022-10 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br /> PUBLICLY COMMENDING AND HONORING <br /> MICHAEL SMITH FOR BEING SELECTED TO <br /> THE 2010 MEN’S SILVER ANNIVERSARY <br /> TEAM <br /> <br /> <br />Whereas, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, recognizes <br />that the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame Museum is located in New Castle, Indiana ; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame Museum captures the rich tradition <br />of Indiana basketball---from high school to college and those who have gone on to <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
