Add Section R to Appendix "A" as follows: R, the ENGINEER shall prepare construction plans for the items described below (Bid Packages 1 8 2) (see Figure 2). The Bid Package 7 shall consist of improvements along the streets including but not limited to pavement replacement new curb, sidewalks, tree lawns, imgation system and electrical services. New curb and gutter will be provided on Madison and Lafayette Streets. Bid Package 2 shall consist of converting the block bounded by Michigan, Main, LaSalle and Madison Streets into a consolidated parking lot The parking lot shall not include the Burger King Properly located in the northeast corner of the intersecfion of Main Street and LaSalle Street All the scope items described below maybe tailored as necessary to meet the construction budget of $3,450,000.00. 2of13 Supplemental Agreement No. 1
