10. The Secretary is hereby directed to file a certified copy of said Development Plan, <br />as amended, with the minutes of this meeting. <br />11. The Secretary is hereby further directed to record this Resolution with the office <br />of the St. Joseph County Recorder. <br />12. All other findings, determinations and conclusions in Resolution No. 1928, as <br />amended, shall remain as stated therein. <br />13. All orders or resolutions inconsistent with this Resolution are hereby rescinded, <br />revoked and repealed to the extent such resolutions are inconsistent with this Resolution. <br />14. The United States of America is hereby assured of full compliance by the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission with regulations of the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development effectuating Title VI of the Civil Rights act of 1964, as amended. <br />15. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its adoption by the <br />Commission. <br />
