APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br /> <br />Mr. Downes pointed out a claim that appeared to be on <br />the list two times under different development areas. It <br />was clarified that that was a duplicate and belonged <br />under only the Airport Economic Development Area. <br /> <br />C <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Ms. King <br />OMMISSION APPROVED AS CORRECTED THE <br />CA9,2010, <br />LAIMS SUBMITTED PRIL AND <br />and unanimously carried, the Commission approved as <br /> <br />ORDERED THE CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br />corrected the Claims submitted April 9, 2010, and <br />ordered checks to be released. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Public Hearing <br /> <br />(1) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2663, an <br />Additional Appropriation Resolution of <br />the City of South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission (South Bend Central <br />Development Area) <br /> <br />Ms. Jones noted that due to errors in <br />publication of the Notice of Hearing for both <br />Resolution No. 2663 and Resolution <br />No. 2664 the public hearings on each will be <br />opened to hear anyone who wishes to speak, <br />then continued until April 23 so that proper <br />notice can be made. <br /> <br />Mr. Mathia noted that Public Hearing file is <br />complete, containing a copy of Resolution <br />No. 2661 determining to make the <br />appropriation and setting the public hearing <br /> 3 <br /> <br />
