Cedar Street <br />834 S. 36th Street <br />1414 Sorin Street <br />REMARKS: No longer needed <br />REMOVAL: Paid Reserved Handicapped Accessible Parking Space Sign <br />LOCATION: 224 West Jefferson Boulevard <br />REMARKS: No longer needed <br />CONFIRMATION OF MIXED USE PARKING SPACES -EVANGELICAL CHURCHES OF <br />THE APOSTLES AND PROPHETS <br />In a Memo to the Board, Mr. Tony Molnar, Engineering, requested the Board confirm that five <br />on-street parking spaces are standard size and adjacent to the Evangelical Church of the Apostles <br />and Prophets at 441 Howard Street. Mr. Molnar stated this petition does not ask for the parking <br />spaces to be reserved for the Church use, but only indicate that the spaces are standard and <br />adjacent to the use. Mr. Molnar noted the Board of Zoning Appeals required that this be <br />confirmed before they approve a request to grant a variance from the required twenty-four <br />parking spaces. The Church also requested that a "fifteen minute" parking sign be removed from <br />the Howard Street side of the building because it is no longer needed. Upon a motion by Mr. <br />Inks, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the parking spaces were conf rmed and the removal of <br />the fifteen minute parking sign was approved. <br />FILING OF MONTHLY AND PERFORMANCE MEASURE REPORTS -DEPARTMENT <br />OF PUBLIC. WORKS <br />The Divisions of Central Services, Environmental Services, and Water Works submitted their <br />Monthly and Performance Reports for the month of February 2010. There being no further <br />discussion, upon a motion made by Mr, Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the monthly <br />reports were accepted and fled. <br />FILING OF SAFETY REPORTS ~--~ DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />The Division of Central Services submitted their Safety Reports for February 2010. These reports <br />reflect injuries/accidents for each month and provide for a comparison. There being no further <br />discussion, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the reports were <br />accepted and filed. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF 1NSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the Certificates of <br />Insurance for the following businesses were accepted far filing: <br />
