Main <br />Street (former EMI, Inc.) <br /> <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that the Commission <br />approved a similar Comfort Letter at its <br />March 5 meeting for the Millennium <br />Environmental property. This is for EMI at <br />2020 S. Main. Both properties were <br />purchased at the tax sale, but the <br />Commission has not taken title.
