Area board of ~;oni~~g Appeals - lE4arc1~ ~, 2~ 1 tl

Ml~. STEIN-lE~ I;A.1~Cl~AS: l'rr~ 92 and I live ad,~acent to the prope~~y at 1947 Charles Street which l~r.
Wynen wants t© expand into parking. 1 have really four questions. Vlore that are explanatory of what IVIr.
~ynen's plans really are. if I can ask the questions now. The first question really concerns all our neighbors.
we'd like to know for sure if there are going to be eBltrance and exits on Charles Street fr®n~ this parking lot?
~ll~. IJI~AIl~SI{I: why don't you ask the four questions sir and then l~at will come back up and answer your
questions for you.
1~1~. p'A1~El~AS: Okay. The second question then is, over the area of the parking lot is he going to leave the
co~adition of the ground as it is or pave it over with asphalt? And the third question, is when that board fence
line is going to actually be along our property line there? ~,nd the fourth ques#ion, l have some Evergreens
1've planted h 1 years ago and they're about ~0' high and I just wonder what will be the status of those if he
puts leis board fence real close to my property line. Those arc the four questions.
~R. L;I~ANS~I: Very good and he will a~~swer them for you and I tilaank yota.
I~~~~TT.~.f,o
Ml~. I31~~'tVl~: As far as the access onto Charles Street, there will be no driveway on Charles. dust as the
current parking lot they come around the end of the building, this to parking lot will be expanded off of that
parking lot and they'll exist that way so there will be no snore traffic on Charles. The. parking lot, the previous
parking lot was built out of concrete and basically just followed the lawn, the same slope and that's the intent
here that this will follow same slope and we: again looking at a concrete parking lot as opposed to asphalt. °l~e
house will ~'erraain and the concrete will start at the back of the Douse and go up to the end of the parking lot
that's there now.
1\4R. The intent is once we get approval, get a surveyo~• out there and located the true property line,
hopefully we'll find out all those Evergreens are on your property. if they end. up on Brian's property we may
have to talk a little bit more. 13ut the intent is the fence will go right down the property line but we nay Have a
little bit of lead way if the fence has to move ~ inches, 12 inches, a little bit to go around the trees to protest
them. lout the intent is not to take down the trees. `fhe fence by ordinance I believe is ~ feet. So once we pat
the fence up there may be a branch or two that rriay have to be pruned, but the intent is to leave all the
Evergreens. I~ow as far as the lilac bush, we'll just have to see when it falls on which side of the line.
12
