Since 2003 '~issco has <br />izaforrned all delivery companies delivering to this location not to utilize the residential streets <br />and have posted and enforced that no ~issco track traff c is to use these streets and it was <br />acknowledged by the neighbors that has been satisfactory to tizezxr. 4~issco irrigation has <br />z~aintained the property and parking at 1939 Charles Street including renovation of the house.
