Being part <br />of Durabar's Sub. Df Bank ®utlots ~ 1 ~ 32 to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana <br />SBH' awns and operates Historic Dunbar Corners Apartments, Iocated to the immediate <br />west of the alley. Upon eozupletion of a recent property survey it was deternai~aed that the <br />house Iocated at 902 Colfax (part of Dunbar Corners Apts.) is 7" over the property line - <br />into the alley.
