Concerning the improvement of the roadway of Sample Street from Prairie Ave. to Lafayette Street* with'phalt, asphaltic concrete, bitulithie, concrete or brick, is pursuance to Resolution-No.-1485. this Board finds that no petition has .tureen filed with said Board by a majority in number of .the freeholders re'si.ding oa:,said street to be duprved, requesting that it be improved with a different kind 6 pavement than the kind heretofore adopted.by the Board in its preliminary order; and that City Engineer reports that the Albert Coast. Co, Is the lowest and best bidder fn the kind 9 pavement, heretofore adopted by the Board, a d the Board find that the Alberrt C'oa'st. is. the lowest and best bidder and hereby leis the contract for said improvement to them and orders that said improvement,be mado-with Sheet Asphalt using Mexican Asphalt and all proceedings heretofore had -in this matter are hereby confirmed and ratified.
