I Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. L. B. Slaughter absent,, Hearing had on assessment -roll of awards of°damages StO assessments of benefits for the vacation' of Graae Street, Ford -Street, and alley east of Arnold Street under Vacation Resolution No, 62. In the above matter ca remonstrators appeared � no written remon. stranee was filed. The benefits and damages being equal.) The Board therefore declares the above rolls filet March 4th.9 1925 in all things ratified, confirmed and approved ;and the proceedings alesed. ( Insert see Files for eepy of roll.) The Board therefore declares the above rolls filed January 6J925 in all things ratified, confirmed and approved, and the proceedings closed. Hearing had on assessment rolls an final estimates as follows:- Pttol'sewe'r on Woodside Street from Michigsn Street to Follows St. under Improvement esolutIon No. 1439 filed Jane loth., 925.- Pipe sewer ,on McKinley Avenue from Sunnyside Avenue to east lino of Sunnyside Manor Addition under Improvement Resolution No. 1441,'June loth., 1925 Grade, curb and walk on Dundee Street from Division Street to Washington Avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 1438, Filed June loth., 1925. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strances were filed.
