<br />lot No.'55 in Henriok's and Grant's Addition to the City of South Bend, oxoept
<br />128 foot taken off of and from the south end whereof , now recorded in the
<br />Recorder's office of St. Joseph County, IndIana, in the name of Ray Isenbarger
<br />and Glenn Bowmant
<br />A Mortgage for $810*00, dated March 21st., 1925, bearing interest
<br />at the rate of seven per cent per annum and recorded in Mortgage Record 171
<br />at page 336 in the-Reoorder's office of said County, which interests from -
<br />March 219t.9 1925 until July lst., 19259 amounts to $15,75;
<br />Taxes for the year 19240 amounting to $55.26 making a total- -
<br />due 20 on July lot,,, ,1920 from that said Ray Isenbarger and Hlenn Bowman,
<br />of $881.01.
