Staples Q use Leadite in joints of <br />water mains laid in Streets in Lincoln Manor hddltion under contract and bond <br />'approved,May`l2th,9 1925. Contr4ctor to Elie $maintenance bond for 1,000.00 <br />to guarantee.-these,joints against leakage and to cover necessary -repairs during <br />,period of guarantee-. <br />Minutes of meetings held: Tuesday and Wednesday May 26th. and <br />27th., 1925 read and approved and Tuesday June 2nd., 1925 read and approved, <br />" <br />1 Attes '- <br />� r <br />C16tk of the Board of Public <br />` Pre s dent. <br />4 <br />Board met in regular session at 7:15 P1M. All members present,. <br />" <br />Hearing had on resolution for grade, curb and walk on Fremont <br />Street, from Elwood Avenue to Bulla Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 14$ <br />1493. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was <br />filed. The Board therefore finds that the benefits to property liable to be <br />assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost"of the sama, and <br />:said resolution is now confirmed. Date for receiving, opening and considering <br />sealed proposals fixed as June 23rd., 1925 at at 10:00 A.M.
