E. Reesh. Same approved. <br />Officers Ellis and Poure signed returns an service of ndtices on <br />parties having obtructions on Sample Street Same filed.. <br />Petition filed and resolution ordered for pavement on alley between <br />St. Louis Blvd. and St, Peter Street from E. R. <br />at......$3,950,00 <br />Concernigg the improvement of the .roadway of Altgeldt Avenue from <br />miami'Street to marine Street with asphalt, asphaltic concrete, bituhltie, concrete or <br />brick, in pursuance to Resolution No. 1460 this Board finds that no pettlion-had <br />been filed with said Board by a majority in number of the freeholders residing on said <br />street to.be Improved, requesting that it be improved with a different kinf o f pavement <br />than the kind heretofore adopted'by the Board in its preliminary order= and the City <br />Engineer reports that'the Albert Construction Company is the lowest,and best bidder <br />for the kind of pavement heretofore adopted by the Boards and the Board find that the <br />Albert Construction CO. is the lowest and best bidder and hereby lets the contract, for <br />said improvement to them and orders that said improvement, be m:de with Sheet asphalt, <br />using Mexican asphalt, anal o11 proceedings heretofore had in this matter are hereby <br />confirmed and &*tified. <br />Contract. with The Albert Constr. Company as entractor for pavement <br />on Talbot Avenue from Howard Street to South Bend Avenue, as provided in improvement <br />Resolution No. 1456 adopted March 25th.9 1925 a[dsphsd signed and construction bond <br />attached -thereto in the sum of $29847.00 with the Metropolitan Casualty Company as <br />sureties, approved. Contract and bond ordered filed. <br />Contract with Risht-Rley Construction Company as contractor for <br />pavement on South Michigan Street from a point 28Q feet song of -the south line of <br />Bronson Street to the north curb line of Broadway, as pro*iddd in improvement Resolution <br />No. 1461 adapted March 18th., 1925 signed and construction bond in the sum of$299845,00 <br />attached thereto with the Southern Surety Company of Polk Csunttts, Iowa as su ties, <br />sureties, approved. Contract and bond ordered filed. <br />Order of May 20%h. to the Indiana Bell Tel. Ce, to remove, poles from <br />Sarin Street is hereby rescinded. <br />Claims amounting to $8,208,00 approved. <br />Dedication of Plat of Ridggdale to the City of South Bend filed <br />by Wa. S. Moore approved, ( Insor'b see files for dedication.)• <br />aeo. Knbrlee* and Otto Nimtz before the Board in regard to Contr. <br />ih gat�ding Bonds avenue- euVting into their lots.
