This grant is made on the expressed condition that said track Across Ipngley Avenue shall be constructed so as to eonfdrm tothe established grade of said street; that the said Clifford M. Lentz, doi#g business aw I,ontz Bros. shall plank said street between the rails of said track adn for two (2) feet,en the outside of the rails with plot k ' of less than Two (2) inches inthickness*, whioh' `shall at .all times be keot securely in -place and to the grade of said street, and shall in the maintenance Hofsaid track in all things comply with the laws. of the Skate of Indiana and the Ordinances of the City of Seth- Bend.
