<br />on Account of the hearing , on Roll of opening of William Street and the' number of
<br />interested parties present, meeting adjourned to the Common Council. Chambers
<br />in the City Hall at 7:30 P.M.
<br />Hearing had on roll df awards of damages and assessments of benefits
<br />In the matter of Opening of a strget from Colfax Avenue to Lincoln Way West and fra
<br />from Marion Street to Navarre Street, under Condemnation Resolution No. 83 (known
<br />as William Street.)

<br />Avenue and Tonti Avenue from Tecumseh Avenue to LsFayette Street, under Improvement
<br />Re solution to. 1473 •
<br />No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed,
<br />The Board therefore finds that thr-benefits to property liabel to be assessed
<br />for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, and said resolu-
<br />tion is now confirmed. Date for.receiving, opening and considering seal proposals
<br />fixed as June 2AC , 1925 at 10100 A.M. Notice thereof ordered published as re-
<br />quired by law.
