All members present <br />Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 1461 for pavement <br />on Cherry Street from Jefferson Blvd. to a point ten feet north of the inter- <br />section of the west line of Cherry Street with the northerly right af__wa llze of <br />the New York Central Railroad <br />Property owners appeared but no written remonstrance was <br />filed'* Howard Woilverton of the Malleable Steel Range Company appeared for said <br />improvement After hearing all interested parties present. Sane deferred until <br />Wednesday May 6th., 1925 at 7:15 P.M. <br />Hearing had on improvement Resolution No. 1460 for the <br />Pavement on Altggeldt Avenue frost Miami Street to Marine Street, under Improve <br />meat Resolution No. 1460. <br />In the above :patter no remonstbaters appeared and no <br />- writtox_ remonstrance was filed. After hearing ; tka all interested property <br />owners present finds that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for <br />said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, and said resolu- <br />tion is now confirmed. Date for receiving . iponing and considering sealed <br />propo,sa s fixed as May 19th.9 1925 at 10:.00 A.M. and notice thereof ordered <br />published as provided by law. <br />Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for <br />pipe sewer on Frances Street from St Vincent Street to Napoleon Street, as <br />provided in improvement Resolution No. 1440. <br />Iu the above natter no remonstraters appeared and no <br />written remonstrance was TIAed. The Beard therefore find that the property <br />asaossod in said roll filed April 14th., 6925 is benefitafe in the amounts <br />as shorn on said roll and t� Board further find, that the assessment roll <br />filed April 14th., 1925 and the final estimate alliewed April 14th., 1925 <br />should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approv# <br />Partial estimate allowed E.
