All members present <br />_ Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 1461 for pavement <br />on Cherry Street from Jefferson Blvd. to a point ten feet north of the inter- <br />section of the crest line of Cherry Street with the northerly right af—wly li-ne of <br />the New York Central Rai:ktoad <br />Property owners appeared but no written remonstrance -was <br />filed',. Howard Weilvertom of the Malleable Steel Range Company appeared for said <br />Improveme.nt,. After hearing all interested parties present. Same deferred until <br />Wednesday May 6th., 1925 at 7:15 P.M. <br />Hearing had on improvement Resolution No. 1460 for the <br />Pavement on Altggeldt Avenge from Miami Street, to Marine Street, under Improve <br />vent Resolution No. 1460. <br />In the above matter-ne remonstrators appeared and no <br />written remonstrance was filed. After hearing ; Ika all interested property <br />ewaer"s present finds that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for <br />said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, and said resolu- <br />tion is now confirmed. Date for receiving . ipenin and considering sealed <br />proposals fixed as May 19th., 1925 at, 10:.00 A.M. am� notice thereof ordered <br />published as provided, by law. <br />Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for <br />pipe sewor on Frances Street from St Vincent Street to Napoleon Street, as <br />provided in improvement Resolution No. 1440. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no <br />written remonstrance was T11ed. The -Heard therefore find that the property <br />assessed is said r611 filed uAprid 14 th., 1925 is benefitife In the amounts <br />as shown on said rells and W.
