Dear Sir In Re: Macron Borthers. The contract wade between Moeren Brothers and the City of South Bend, under date of October 24th. 1922, provides among other things that Macron Bpithers would, upon reeeipt.of notice from the Board of Public Works of the City, promptly remove their sidetracks which now presses the alley and leads from the rear of their warehouse and connects the sane with the New York Central tracks. ,. The Grand Trunk Railway Company will be engaged in the work of construction during the coning year. and I think it advisable at this time to notify Mooron Brothers to remove this track on or before January 1st., 1926.
