All membem present. <br />- Hearing had on Resolution for grade, curb and walk on Willia* <br />Street from Calvert Street to Ewing Avenue, as provided in Improvement Resolutin <br />No. 1447• R <br />No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were <br />filed. The Board therefore finds that the benefits to property liable to be <br />assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same $ and <br />said resolution is now confirmed. Date for receiving, opening and considering <br />sealed proposals fixed as April 28th,, 1925 at 10:00 A.M. and notice thereof <br />ordered publt;dhe* as provided by law, <br />Hearing had on Resolution for Pavement on Thirty Fourth Street <br />from from Mishawaka Avenue ,to Grand Trunk Western Ry. Company right of way, <br />as provided in improvement Resolution No. 1448. No property owners remonstratd <br />and no written remonstrance was filed. After hearing, the Board decided that <br />the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to <br />the - estimated most of the some, and the Board therefore now confirm the said. <br />resolution. Date fdr receiving, opening and considering sealed,proposals for <br />the construction of said pavement fixed as April 28th., 1925 ati 10:00 A.M. and <br />notice thereof ordered published as prvided by law. <br />Petition for grade, curb and walk ort Johnson Street from Hamill <br />Hamilton Avenue to Wilson Avenue presented by property owners, but held up until <br />Street is opened up. <br />'Excavation bond of Claude D. Holden approved. <br />Bonds and contract with Williton Construction Company as contr» <br />tractor on grade, curb and walk and Mexican Sheet asphalt pavement on Jacob <br />Street from Jefferson Blvd. to Mayne Street north, as prvided in improvement <br />Resolution No. 1458 adopted March 28th., 1925 signed and construction bond <br />in the sum of $29089.00 attached thereto with Inland 'Bonding Capany as sureties <br />approved. Contract and bond ordered filed. <br />Contract with Williston Construction Company as contractor <br />on grade, curb and walk and Mexican Sheet asphalt pavement on Sannymede Ave <br />from Eddy Street to E. Line of Lot 295 of Sunnymede Addition as provided In <br />improvement Resolution No. 1459 ado ted March 28th., 1925 signed and constructin <br />bond attached theretin the sum of 18s705.00 with Inland Bonding Company as <br />sureties, approved. Contract and bond ordered f1bed. <br />
