1., <br />Zoning and Annexation Committee Meeting <br />2010 South Bend Common Council <br />The March 8, 2010 meeting of the Zoning and Annexation Committee of the South Bend <br />Common Council was called to order by its Chairperson Council Member AI "Buddy" <br />Kirsits at 3:20 p.m. in the Council's informal Meeting Room, 4th Floor of the County-City <br />Building. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members: Dieter, Puzzello, Varner, Rouse, <br />Kirsits, Oliver Davis and White; Mayor Stephen Luecke, Mrs. Kopola, Kyle Chamberlin, <br />Dave Tungate, Bob Mathia, Don Inks and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney, <br />and Jeff Parrott of the South Bend Tribune. <br />Council Member. Kirsits noted that the committee members include Council Members <br />Oliver Davis who is the Vice-Chairperson, Dr. Varner, Thomas LaFountain and himself. <br />Bill No. 01-10 Rezoning for Proposed Kroc Cener <br />Council Member Kirsits stated that an email dated March 4, 2010 was received from <br />Christa Nayder, Area Plan Planner requesting that Bill No. 01-10 be continued at the <br />request of the Petitioner (copy attached). <br />Vice-President Oliver Davis made a motion, seconded by Dr. Varner that Bill No. 01-10 <br />be recommended to be continued at the request of the Petitioner.
