(43 Bard not in special session at 9t00 A.M. All members present. Minutes of meetings of March 18th., 1925 ,and March 241oh.;y 1925 ` were read and approved. 'Adourned aession at 10:00 A.M. to make trip to investigate the advisability of`,paving south Michigan Sheet between Broutbray and Indiana Avenue. Attest*-- QJ Presid�. This Veing the date set for deferred hearing nn roll of awards of damges and assessments of benefits for the Opening of Dayton Street from East line of Bungalo* Place to Robinson Street, under Condemnation Resolution No. 89. In the above natter remonstrators appeared but no further written remonstrance was filed. . The Board after hearing all parties interested, modified said roll filed February 3rd., 1925 by reducing said damages to $1,700.00 from $29130,00 all as shows[ in red on modified roll. The Board further find that the property assessed in said roll filed February 5th..9 1925 and as modified this 25th. day of March 1925 are benefited and damaged respectively as shoydn on roll, and said roil is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved as modified and all action under Condemnation Resolution-No:-89 is hereby concluded. ColPeart of the Colpeart Realty Company appeared before the Board and filed petition and watters for pavements on the .following streets and resolutions ordered. pavement on 306h. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1454. for pipe sewer of Van Buren Street from Sanoome Avenue to the west line of Lot 11 in John L. Taylor's 1st. Add. reading as followst ( Insert see files) adopted and filed. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1455. for grades curb and walk on Huey Street from Linden Avenue to Kenwood Avenue. reading as follows: ( Insert see files. ) adopted and filed. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1456. for pavement on Talbot Avenue from Noward Street to South Bend Avenue reading,as follows:- ( Insert see files.) adopted and filed. contract with S. U. Ackerm a for pipe sewers_on.Wayne_Street, Wayne Street north and Wayne Street south, from Eddy Street to Hariett Street, also Jacob Street from Wayne Street north to North as provided by Improvement resolution No. 1450. adopted March 17th.0 1925, signed and construction bond in the sum. of $ s954.00 attached thereto with Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland as sureties approved. Contract and bond ordered filed.
