This being they date set for the informal hearing on the petition <br />filed January 28th., 1925 by property owners for the paving and widening of Chapin <br />Street from Washington Avenue to Psairie Avenue. In the above matter property owners <br />appeared and' remonstrated against improvement of Chapin Street unless it was a n <br />_.retire new improveemeent P4ft*r°hearftg from all interested parties present, it was deecide4 <br />to place petition on °file .for f`uture consideration. <br />` The following communication received read and placed on file. <br />South Bond,, -Ind.
