Electric Co.' in re removin; an are light nova a t the corner of I,? ncoln Way East and Wayne Streat,to.the opposite side of Lincoln Way Easton account of said light being in the wavy of .entrance to Rexanna Oil. Hearing had on Condemnation Resolution No, 91 for the Opening and Widening of La Salle Avenue from Sunnyside Avenue to a point 18 feet east o$ the west line of lot 52 in Sunnyside 1-fanor. The Board therefore declares the above -property in all things condemned and appropriated for public use, and the Board now orders that a list or roil be prepared of all the owners or holders of propert�r and of valuable inO terests therein sou..ht to be taken or to be lnjutiotisly aff�dc„ed, which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially aff�ctsd, +d Hearing had on roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits in the matter of the Widening of Webster Street from Indiana. Avenue to First alley north of Indiana Avenue, under Condemnation Resolution No, 90. In the above matter remonstrator appeared and written remon- strance was filed. The Board find that after hearing all parties interested present.in person or represented by attorney the Board t over rule each and evey every remonstrance filed in said proceedings and separately and severally confir confirm and sustain each assessment of benefit and each award of damages as here -tofore made in said proceedings. The Board further confirm and sustain each and every award of damages and every assessment of benefit heretofore made in said proceedings and all action under Condemnation Resolution No. 90 is hereby con- cluded.
