Resolution <br />No. 89 for the Opening -of Dayton Street from East Line of Bungalow Piece to <br />Robinson Street in the City of South Bend, Indians, as per resolution adopted <br />July 22nd.9 1925 . W);ioh list includes the names of the owners and holders <br />of property and its'interests therein sought to be taken or beneficially or <br />injuriously a;ffeeted, and the description of the several pieces of property <br />which is affected by the said appropriation proceedings, <br />Thereupon the Board proceeded to award the damages sustained <br />and to assess the benefits accruing to each piece of property'upon said list. <br />It - was thereupon, upon motion duly made and seconded and un- <br />animously adopted, resolved that said list, together with the amounts of <br />benefits and net benefits and net damages therein set forth as to the several <br />parcels of land be adopted and that the respective amount of benefits con- <br />,tained in said list be and are hereby assessed against the several tracts of <br />land as specifically set forth in said list,, and that the respective amounts <br />of damages contained in the said list be and are hereby awarded to the several <br />)trsci s of land as specifically set forth in said list, and that net .: benefits <br />or net damages, as the case may be as to the respective tracts of land, con- <br />tained in said list are hereby awarded or assessed, as the case may be as to h <br />the said several tracts of land, <br />The Board hereby further sets off the benefits and damages eah <br />each against the other where both benefits and damages are assessed, against, <br />the same piece of property, tract of land or interests, and hereby fixes toe, <br />said respective net benefits as to the amount that shall be paid by the <br />respective Qwners as benefits, and further hereby fixes the respective net <br />damages as to the several tracts as the amount that shall 'be paid to the owner <br />of the respective tracts as damages. <br />Thereupon, upon motion duly made and seconded and unanimously <br />adopted the day of March 1925 at 7:15.
