The Board <br />therefore declares the above rolls filed December2nd., 1924 in all things <br />ratified, confdrmed and approved and the proceedings closed. <br />Hearing had on assessment roll of awards of damages and <br />assessments of benefits for the Vacation of alley in Willis A. Bugbee's <br />Addition lying above lots 17 and 18 in Willis A. Bugbee's Addition, under <br />Vacation Resolution Re. 85. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrance was filed. The (benefits and damages being equal).
