Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. A-11 members present. Meeting adjourned to Common Council room in C-ity Hall at 7:30 P.M. The Board now finds that the area or district to be drained is properly bounded as described in said preliminary resolu'tionmand further finds that the spacial b-6nef117s -to the City ( if any) will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of said proposed improvement as shown by hhe estimate of the pity Engineer, heretofore filed, and the said resolution is now in all things confirmed.- neolved further, that notices be published on thel5th. clay of December 1924 and or. the 22nd. day of December 1924 in the South Bend News Times and South Bend Tribune in said Cite, newspapers of general circulation, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said: improvement up to 10:00 A.M.
