0 <br />Board .:net in regular session at 7:15 P.M. , All members present. <br />Hearing had on assessment rolls and final estimtes on the following <br />improvements:- <br />.(Qoncrete pavement on Chapin Street front Alley north of Leon Court <br />to Indiana Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1415 Dlled �TNovember 5th ,.1924. <br />Grading and mlk on Ewing Avenue and Fellows Street under Various <br />Streets Contract, Improvement Resolution No. 1395. Filed_Nevembert.4th.9 1924. <br />Grade, curb and valk on Anthony Street from Washington Avenue to <br />Bivision Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1312. Filed October 28th., 1924. <br />WA ter cohnections on Fellows'Street, from'Divisian Street'to Monroe <br />under Improvement Resolution No. 1420.'Filed November 4th., 1924. ' <br />Water connections on Chapin Street from alley north of Leon Court <br />to Indiana Avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 1421. Filed November 4th.9 1924. <br />In the alcove matter no remonstrators appeared and no written 'remon- <br />strance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed 'irl said roll <br />filed November 4th., 1924 is benefitted in the amountw as shown on said roll, anA the <br />Board further find, that the assessment roll filed Nevrmber 4th., 1924 shdulhe <br />final estimate allowed November 4th.9 1924 should be and the same ana hereby in ell <br />things ratified, confirmed and approved. ' <br />Petition filed for. light at north side Blvd. at corner of 34th. Street. <br />and on Chapin Street at New Jersey Indiana & Illinois Railway Company tracks. RefeNred <br />, to Inspector for report. ' <br />In re obstruction out in Fellows Street owned by Thomas Dodge <br />taken up with Chief Lane and Assn► Chief Hamittone Chief requested to investigate <br />this obstruction and report on same. <br />Clerk instructed to send following notice to all parties having <br />gasoline. <br />- You are hereby reminded that the perm _for ramoving from the public lj,,; <br />property all gasoline pumps, oil, kerosen4, sir and water apparaLTas for securing <br />motor vehicles etc., which is above the street level, expires December 31,1924, <br />and any such apparatus occupying public property after that dame will be removed at <br />your risk. <br />Clerk instructed to ordere turtle lights at intersection of following <br />streets in -City discontinued. <br />Lafayette and La Salle Avenue, Lafayette and Washington Avenue, <br />Colfax Avenue and Main Street. <br />A-utest:- <br />clark-of the Board. <br />Pr s.
