Honer absent This being date for deferred hearing on Resolution No. 4 for separation of grades and elevation of tracks of New York Central Railway Company A ty. Buozkowski present. All members present Hearing had on resolution for pipe sewer on Frances Street as prdvided in Improvement Resolution No. 1440. No°.rion'Lraors appeared and no r,emonst &noes -filed. The Board therefore finds that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same,.and said resolution is now confirmed. Date for receiving, opentdg and con- sidering sealed proposals fixed aq 2nd. day of December 1924 at 10:00 A.M. and notice thereof ordered published as provided by law. Hearing had on resolution for pipe sewer on Woodside Street from Michigan Street to Mellows Street, under Improvement Resolution No, 1439.. No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. Nit, 1438.
