Board met in special session at 9:00 A.M.,All Members - present. Deferred hearing on Resolution No. 4 for the Separation of Grades for the New York Central Ry. Co. on certain streets in this City. Atty. Yeagley present,_representing.the New York Central Ry. Company and Atty. Buczkowski present representing property owner's. Heaping continued until Wednesday October 15th., 1924 at 9:00 A.M. Atteste:-- Cof the Board. Wednesday Obtober Sth., 1924. Pre si nt. Yoard met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members present. Hearing had on Roll of awards of damages -and assessments of benefits for the Vacation of St. Peter Street from Division Street to allay North of Division Street and alley between St. Louis Blvd. and St. Peter Street, from Lot 4 in Coquillard's 2nd. AdditioiL under Vacation Resolution No. 34. In *the sbovr msitter Atty. Martin appeared and filed written remonstrance for Wm:.-nGammon against amount, of damages allow. Remon- strators appeared but no further written remonstrance filed.
