Board met in special session at 9:00 A.M.,All Members <br />- present. <br />Deferred hearing on Resolution No. 4 for the Separation of <br />Grades for the New York Central Ry. Co. on certain streets in this City. Atty. <br />Yeagley present,_representing.the New York Central Ry. Company and Atty. <br />Buczkowski present representing property owner's. Heaping continued until <br />Wednesday October 15th., 1924 at 9:00 A.M. <br />Atteste:-- <br />Cof the Board. <br />Wednesday Obtober Sth., 1924. <br />Pre si nt. <br />Yoard met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members <br />present. <br />Hearing had on Roll of awards of damages -and assessments <br />of benefits for the Vacation of St. Peter Street from Division Street to allay <br />North of Division Street and alley between St. Louis Blvd. and St. Peter <br />Street, from Lot 4 in Coquillard's 2nd. AdditioiL under Vacation Resolution No. <br />34. <br />In *the sbovr msitter Atty. Martin appeared and filed <br />written remonstrance for Wm:.-nGammon against amount, of damages allow. Remon- <br />strators appeared but no further written remonstrance filed. The Board there- <br />fore declares the above roilz filed August 20th.9 1 Me <br />'In all things ratifie6, <br />confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. files for roll) . <br />Hearing had on roil of alWards od damages and assessments <br />of benefits ( both equal) for the Vacation of Division Street from the east lin <br />line of St. Louis Blvd. to the west line of Notre-1;,fwme Avenue under Vacation <br />Resolution No, 88. The Board therefore fig declares the above <br />roll filed August 27th.9 1924 in all things ratified;( -confirmed and approved and <br />the proceedings closed.
