r Wednesday October lst., 1924. Board :net in regular se ssion at 7:15 P.M. All members present. Hearing. hod on assessment rolls and fined estimates as follows Brick pavement on Johnson Street from Washington Avenue to Lincoln Way West,: under Improvement resolution No. 1302 filed September 10th., 1924. Grade., curb and mlk on Meade Street from. Elwood Avenue to Keller Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1358. Filed Septeinber 10th., 1924. In the above- m%tter remonstrators appeared but no written remon- strance was filed, The Board therefore,find that the property assessed in said rolls filed September 10th.,''1924 is benefitte4 in the amounts as shown, on said rolls, and the Board further find, that the assessment roll filed, September loth.,1924 and.the final estiontes allowed September 10th.y 1924 s#ould be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Deferred hearing on ,assessment roll and final estimate for grade, curb and valk on Darothy Street from Prairie Avenue to Ewing Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 3161. In the above matter Atty. famborsky appeared and objected to said assessment roll being confirmed The -Board after hearing all evidence presented, decided that the property assessed in said roll filed September 2nd., 1924, is benefittoO in the amounts as shown on said rill filed Sept,. 2nd., .1924 and the final estimate allowed Sept. 2nd., 1924 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Engineer signed assessment roll arrd final estimate. under Improvement Resolution No. 1285 for the Widening and paving with Mexican Sheet asphalt pavement on Jefferson Street from Lafayette Blvd. to Taylor!Street. Assessment roll adopted and find estimate allowed. Notice of adoption of the assessment roll and -of :hearing upon.the"saute on the 22ad. day of October 1924 at 7:15 P.M. ordered published as provided by law. Partial estimate allowed C. H. Eldred Contractor for grade, curb ,and walk on Anthony Street from Washington Avenue to Division Street.
