Board met in regular* session at 7:15 P.M. All members present. Clerk of Board absent. Attorney Ed. Sommerer with Mr. LaFortune representing Joseph A. Luther appeared and .took up matter of contract for water connections on Lincoln Way East. Upon investigation Atty Sommerer stated that, the bid did not include the cost of connecting up newetsps to ---the old tape, the -Board ordered that as other bids included the cost of Ding these connections he was advised thatthe contraot would have to be let to some one whose bid covere C ompleted work. Engineer signed assessment toll and final estimates for the follow- ing improvements: Grade, curb and walk on Marine Street from Ewing Avenue to Victoria Street under Improvement Resolution No. 1277 . Assessment, roll f1k adopted and final as st.imst# allowed.
