Spadoni, S. U. Aokerman, <br />Rocco Simeri C. E. Reesh and L. H. Webster ( See Files for original bids.). Bids -were <br />referred to Engineering Dept. to be reported on Wednesday August 13th., 1924. <br />City Engineer having reported on petitions referred to him under <br />date of &uggst 5th., 1924 and 'Contract awarded as follows: - <br />Concerning the improvement od the roadway of Lincoln Way East, <br />from Washington Avenue to South line , of Sample Street by paving and widening same, in <br />pursuance to Resiution No. 1330 pwtition of freeholders residing on said street, is con - <br />sidered, and the report of the City Engineer is received and all ecidenoe is heard, <br />and the Bard of Publle Works finds that said petitioners constitute a majority in <br />number of the freeholders residing upon said -stre.el, _to. be improved, and that said petit.io <br />iirssoff1,6 eint`tand It "ts he ef'ore consideree "ancF` d` get) that; said improvement be -made <br />with fteet asphalt using Mexican Asphalt, with Metropolitan Brick and asphalt filler <br />in car track the kind of pavement requested in said petition; and the.
