477 <br />Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. L. P. Hardy absent.. <br />Hearing had oa Vacation Ros©ltitlft 'No. 91 ror Vaeatien of the <br />alley lying between lots 561 and 590 Sumitt Plaee 3rd. Addition. <br />-In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />stranoe was filed. The Board therefore sustain all 22Ms former action taken en said <br />resolution and declare the above described property in all things vacated and this <br />resolution to -all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />And the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners <br />or holders of,property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or t® be <br />injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the property.beneficially <br />affected - <br />Hearing had os Assessment rolls and final estimates on the fsllowing <br />improvements: - <br />Paying and Widening of Lafayette Blvd. from Division Street to <br />Jefferson Street. Under Improvement Resolution No.,11295. Filed July 8th:, 1924. <br />Grade, curb and walk on Eldora Court from Lincoln Way East, to south <br />end of Court. Under Improvement Resolution Ne. 1119 Filed July 8th4, 1924. <br />In the above scatter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />strance,was filed. The.Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll <br />filed,Juiy 8th.9 1924al0 benefitted in the amounts as shown on said rolls, and the <br />.Board further find, that the assessment rolls filed July 8th.9 1924 and the final estimate <br />allowed --July 81h:9 19 -be and the saute are hereby in all things ratified, confi,rme <br />and approved. _ <br />Hearing had on Roll of awards of damages and assessments o.f _benefits <br />a in the matter of Widening of Napoleon Street under Condemnation Resolution No. 84. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared, and at written remon- <br />strance was filed. The Board find that the property assessed inisaid roll filed <br />day of 1924 are benefitted and damaged respectively as shown in said roll and <br />said roll. is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved= as originally filed <br />and all action under Condemnation Resolution No. 84 is hereby concluded. ( Insert See <br />files for roll.) <br />Hearing had on roll of awards of damages and s'ssessments of benefits <br />in the matter of Condemnation of easement for Sunnyside Trunk Sewer System, under <br />Condemnation Resolution No. 73. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />strance was filed. The Beard find that the property assessed in said roll filed <br />July 15th.9 1924 are benefited and damaged respectively as shown in said roll, and said <br />roll is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved as originally filed, and <br />all action under. Condemnation Resolution No. 73 is hereby concluded.'( See files for <br />roll.) <br />.Property owners appeared in regard to petition filed November 20*1923 <br />for pavement on Victoria Street from Michigan Street to Fellows Street. No action <br />taken at this time held up until Spring 1925. <br />Preposition received from Edwards Iron Works in regard to repairing <br />of the hand rail on the Sampel Street Bridge. Same approved ( Insert see files.) <br />Street Commissioner ordered to notified property owners on Fremont <br />Street in 1100 block to remove dirt from in front of their promises$ so contractor <br />could finish grading work. <br />A. Colppart with Mr. Kidder appeared before the Beard in regard to <br />petition filed for 16th. Street pavement in February 1924. Mr. Colpeart agreed to pay <br />for intersections on 15th. Street and have waiver signed for paving of same providing <br />16th. Street would be paved in the spring'1925. Same agreed on. <br />Partial estimate allowed Indiana Constr. Co. for grade, curb and <br />walk on Lincoln Manor Streets at.......$4,901.95 <br />Martial estimate allowed Reith-Riley Construction Company for <br />Paving and widening of Jefferson Blvd. from Lafayette St. to.Taylor Street. at $41,653.7g <br />
