W. Reed & <br />Son Construction Co. is the lowest and best bidder for said improvement, and the Boar <br />so finds, and lets the contract for said improvement to hits[, and orders that said improve- <br />ment be made with Bibrolibhie and all proceedings heretofore had in this latter are hereby <br />confirmed and ratified. <br />Concerning the improvement o the roadway of Dubail Avenue from <br />Prairie Avenue to Ewing Avenue in pursuance to Resolution No. 1392 the petition of free- <br />holders residing_on said street is considered , and the report of the City Engine* is <br />received and all evidence is heard, and the Board of Public Works finds that said petition. <br />ers constitute a majority in number of the freeholders residing upon said scree-t to be <br />improved, and that said petition is sufficient and it is therefore considered and adjudged <br />that said improvement be made with Sheet asphalt using Mexican Asphalt the kind of <br />pavement requested in said petition; and the City Engineer reports that The Albert <br />Construction Colip icy is the lowest and best bidder for said improvement, and the Board <br />do so find , and lets the contrast for said improvement to then and orders that said <br />improvement be made with Sheet asphalt using Meaicaa Asphalt and all proceedings herotofor4 <br />had in this matter are hereby confirmed and ratified. <br />The City Engineer having reported on tabulation of bids, <br />preliminary orders were entered as follows: -IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1330 for pavement <br />on Lincoln Way East from Washington Avenue to Sample Street. Action on bids being deferre4 <br />to this date, the Board now designates Brick on concrete bse with asphalt filler <br />as the kind of pavement with which §aid street is to be unproved, and further action hereix <br />continued until 5ttL. clay of August 1924 at 10:00 A.M. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1331 for pavement on Washington Street <br />from Michigan Street to Lincoln Way East.
