Wilson of` the Artificai Ice Company, Atty Yeagley and Mr. <br />Hartman representing the Lee Mercantile Company before the Board ,in regard to' <br />barn now located near Articial Ice Company property and comphained about as <br />dangerous is fire hazard. Board ordered Lee Mercantil Company to move barn in <br />question in ten days to a point..to be agreed upon by Goo. A. Davis and Chief <br />Sibrel in order to lessen fire hazard. <br />This being. the date set for deferred hearing on Resolution No. 4 <br />for tracks and grade separation of the New York Central Railway Company. Atty.-, <br />John Buzezkowski and John Yeagley present. Hearing continued until Wednesday <br />July 30th., 1924 at 9:00 A.M. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1411 for water connections on Lafayette <br />Street .from `a point 445 feet south of Bronson Street to Sample ,Street adopted and <br />filed.
