The Board of Public Works having under consideration , the construction of a Trunk sewer known as the Sunnyside Trunk sewer system under Improvement Resolution No. 13999 and having given noticn�ofthe editherein,said andShavingnheard and considered to said notice and at the time a place fix written remonstrance filed and all evidence offered. The Board now finds that the area od district to be drained is properly bounded as deserit-ed in said -preliminary resolution, and further finds that the special benefits to the property within such district or area will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of said tm.proposed improvement as shown by the estimate of the City Engineer, heretofore filed, and the said resolution is now in all things confirfled.
