�V Board met in special session at 9:00 A.M. All members present. This being the date set for the hearing on Traork Separation Resolutia No. 4 for. Neer York Central Ry. Co. separation of grades in this City. Atty. John Yeagley and Gavit appeared representing the New York Central Railway Company and City Attorney Hammond submitted modified resolution. Upon request of Attys,' Yeagley and (Avit hearing continued until Wednesday Jul.* ?nd., 1924at 9:00 A.M., Atty. Bucakoxaxi present representing west side property owners. Bids were received and read as follows: - Alley west, of Michigan Street, from Broadway to Indiana Avenue, Rieth-Riley Construction Co.:goban &. Roaoh, Pavement on Anthony Street from Linden Avenue to Bertrand Street. Rieht Riley Cpnstr. Co.Harry N. BarnesHoban & Rashh The.White Constr. C4, Pavement on alley west of Michigan Streit from Garst Street to Stull Street, Hoban & Roach,Reith Riley Construction Co. Referred to City Engineer for tabluation (,See files for original . trids. ).._ Board ordered Street Department to round off corner of Niles Avenue and Howard Street subject to receiving Geed fromg Wm. Hipp. Same to be subject to City Engineer -and under his approval. Dr. Gish appeared before the Board in re ard.to building being -con- structed at northwest corner of Michigan Street and Jefferson Street out on City property. Board'icsued following order to Street Commissioner and Building Commissioner. Complaint has been made that the building at the northwest corner of Michigan Street and Jefferson Blvd. which is being repaired stands is inches on Jefferson Blvd. You -will please see that work is not built on public property. This being the date set for the hearing on petition and resolution to Industrial Sidetrack across Francis Street in said for H. G.
