Notice thereof ordered published as required <br />by law. <br />Hearing had on Improvement Resolution for pavement on Dubail <br />Avenue from Kemble Avenue to Prairie Avenue, as privided in Resolution No. 1392. <br />Property owners appeared but no written re monsteance was filed. The Board therefoe <br />finds that the benefits to property liable to be assessed, for said improvement are <br />equal to the estimated cost of the same, and said resolution is now confirmed. <br />Date for receiving, opening and considering sealed proposals fixed as July 8th., <br />1924 at 10:00 A.M. Notice thereof ordered published as required by law. <br />Resolved that bids be received July 8th., 1924 at 10:00 A.M. <br />for grade,, curb and walk on California Avenue from College Street to alley west of <br />College Street under I mprovement Resolution No. 1354. Also for grade, curb <br />and walk on Dorothy Street from Prairie'Avenue to Ewing Avenue, under IMprove*VLi4t <br />Resolution No. 1361. Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, - <br />Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pipe <br />sewer on Swygart Avenue from Indiana Avenue to Prairie Avenue, under Improvement <br />Resolution No. 1275. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. <br />The Board therefore find that the poperty assessed in said roll filed May 20th., <br />1924 is benefitted in the amounts as shown on said roll, and the Board further. find. <br />that the assessment roil filed May 20thi, 192/+ and the final estimate allowed May 20 <br />1924 should be and the same are hereby n all -things ratified, confirmed and approvd <br />Written remonstrance filed June %th., 1924 against paving of <br />Warren street and property owners.appeared, the Board after hearing all parties <br />present decided that written remonstrance was not a majority and same over -ruled. <br />Property owners appeared from Taylor Street from Indiana Avenue <br />to Calvert Street in regard. to petition filed on June nth., 1924 for change of <br />material and petition was approved as filed changing material from Brick to sheet <br />asphalt. <br />
