Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members present. <br />y Mr. Geo. Toth appeared before the Board and presented a petition <br />for the vacation of an alley in Noland's addition. Resolution ordered. <br />Petition filed for opening of,Dayton Street thru to Robinson <br />Street. Resolution ordered. <br />Hearing had on resolution for grade, curb and walk on Dorothy <br />..Street fromPrairie Avenue to West, Ewing Avenue, under Improvement Resolution <br />No. 1361- Property owners appeared and remonstrated but no written remonstrance <br />.was filed. After heaping, the Board decides that the benefits to property liable <br />",to be assessed for said improvement, are equal to the estimated cost of the same, <br />and the Board therefore nowconfirme the said resolution. Date 86r receiving <br />"opening and considering sealed proposals for the constructiob of said sewer <br />t fixed as 8th, day of July 1924. at 10:00 A.M. and notice thereof ordered pub- <br />lished as provided by law. <br />Hearing had on resolution.for the pavement on the alley'south of <br />Washington Avenue from Lafayette Blvd. to William Street, under Improvement <br />Resolution No, 1379. Property owners appeared but no written remonstrance <br />was filed. After hearing, the Board decides that the benefits to property <br />liable to be assessed for said improvement, are equal to the estimated cost of th, <br />the :same', and the Board therefore now confirms the said resolution.
