<br />The following resolutions were adopted by the Board.
<br />LOCAL SEWER IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0: 13980
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,3 County
<br />of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, That the "construction of a local sewer, intended and
<br />adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon, and not
<br />intended or adapted for aece iving sewerage from collateral drains , be " and the same is
<br />hereby ordered in and along Sunnyside Avenue from Palmer Boulevard to Sorin Street,
<br />Miner Street from Sunnyside Avenue to alley west, of Sunnysude Avenue also CedarsStreet
<br />from Sunnyside Avenue tt alley west of Sunnyside Avenue as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Beginning In the center of Miner Street at the west line -of Madison Park
<br />Addition thence east'along the center line of Miner Street to Sunnyside Avenue with a
<br />fifteen (15)- inch vitrified ppipe sewer, thence northerly along Sunnyside Avenue to the
<br />center lln'`of Miner Street east of Sunnyside Avenue with a fifteen (15) inch vitrified
<br />pipe sewer, thence north along the center line of Sunnyside Avenue to the north line of
<br />lot 70 in Madison Park Addition with a ten (10) inch vitrified pipe sewer, also beginning
<br />rain the center line of Cedar Street at the west line of Madison Park Addition; thence
<br />a.st laong,the, center line of Cedar Street to the center line of Sunnyside Avenue with a
<br />twenty (2d)`inch vitrified pipe sewer, thence south along the center line of Sunnyside Ave,
<br />to the center 17ine 'of lot 88 in Madison Park Addition with a twelve (12) inch vitrified
<br />pipe sewer., also beginning at the intersection of Cedar Street"and Sunnysde Avenue thence
<br />north along the,center line of Sunnyside Avenue tothe center lihe of lot 76 in Madison
<br />Park Addition with a,storm water inlets, conduits, and house connections to the curb line
<br />along the 11ne''of said"improvement, all as is more particularly shown and all in accord-

<br />Resolved: by the Board of Public -Works of the City of South.Bend,
<br />County of St. Joseph State f Indiana, That the construction of a local sewef, intended
<br />and adapted only 8or local use by the property holders -whose property abuts thereon, and
<br />not.intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains be and the same
<br />is hereby ordered in and along Angella Avenue from the St. Joseph River to Iorquois St,
<br />Nrth Shore Drive from Angella Avenue to.Paravash Avenue, Marquette Avenue from Angella
<br />Avenue to Ostemo Avenue and'Ostemo Avenue -from Iroquois Street to, Marquette Avenue as
<br />follows, to -wit: -
<br />Beginning at the int rseetion of the east edge of the St. Joseph River
<br />with AngellA Avenue, thence east along that Angella Avenue to the center of North Shore
<br />Drive with a..twenty four (24) inch sewer Chance east along:Angella Avenue to the center
<br />of Marquette Avenue with an eighteen (181 inch sewer, thence east along the Angella Ave
<br />to the center of Iroquois Street with a fifteen (15) inch sewer; also beginning at the
<br />intersection of Angella Avenue and North Shore Drive, thence south along North Shore
<br />Drive to the first mitry angle south of Angella Avenue with an -eighteen (18) inch sewer,
<br />thence south easterly along North Shore Drive to the second angle south of Angella Avenue
<br />to the northerly line of Parkovash Avenue with a ttwe3lve (12).inch sewer; also beginning
<br />at the intersection of Angelle Avenue and Marquette Avenue, thence southeasterly along
<br />Marquette Avenue to the center of Ostemo Avenue with a fifteen (15) inch sewer, thence
<br />southeasterly along Marquette Avenue to the northerly line of Parkovash Avenue with a
<br />twelve (12) inch sewer; also beginning at the intersection of Iroquois Street=:and
<br />Ostemo Avenue; thence southwesterly along Ostemo Avenue tothe center of Marquette Avenue
<br />with a twelve (12) inch sewer; together with the necessary Manholes, storm water inletst
<br />conduits and house connections to the curb line along the line of said improvement. All.
<br />as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail
<br />awiin s and specifications on file in the office of the Department of Public Works of
